Cancel through Plan & billing before your trial ends to prevent the first charge. Trial access lasts through the trial end; paid cancellation stops renewal and preserves access through the paid period. Check the actual dates shown in billing.
Zaylo's subscription is separate from appointment payments. Stripe payment-processing fees may apply separately when online appointment payments are available. This plan does not waive those fees or include unlimited SMS.

Not yet. The prices and trial below describe the planned offer. No card is collected and no subscription or trial starts on this site.
Do I need a plan to use my existing account?
No subscription requirement has been activated. Your existing account and business workspace remain available.
Are customer accounts free?
Yes. Customers do not need a business subscription.
Who are Enterprise and Enterprise+ intended for?
Enterprise is planned for larger teams and multiple locations. Enterprise+ is planned for chains and franchises needing tailored integration, migration and support arrangements. These capabilities are planned, not included or available today.
Can I buy a custom plan or start a free trial?
Enterprise and Enterprise+ have custom pricing, no self-service checkout and no free trial. Future agreements require explicitly approved pricing, scope, billing arrangements and server-enforced entitlements. Contact is available only when a verified destination is configured; otherwise these plans remain coming soon.
Which plan has a free trial?
Only Solo offers an eligible card-required 14-day trial. Team, Enterprise and Enterprise+ have no free trial. Solo checkout is currently available only in the configured test environment.
