Administrative review, access and support in the configured Preview
A separately configured administrative Preview supports verified platform administrators reviewing necessary account/business details, public portfolio content and separate billing summaries. Administrators may record reasoned access suspensions or business-scoped complimentary Solo access. Non-expiring access is not unlimited capacity and does not unlock unfinished staff, multi-location or enterprise functionality.
Administrative suspension, owner publication choices, subscription eligibility and complimentary access are separate. Payment or a free grant cannot bypass moderation. A suspension does not automatically cancel appointments, issue refunds, cancel a subscription or delete history. Existing obligations require manual coordination through support and the authorized appointment/billing paths; financial reconciliation continues. Revoking a complimentary grant falls back to the underlying valid subscription and other grants without republishing an owner-unpublished listing.
Invitations require secure account claiming and do not themselves grant administrative privileges or complimentary access. Administrative actions require fresh authenticator verification and immutable ordinary-admin audit records. These capabilities are limited to the configured review environment and do not establish a response-time, support, retention or moderation guarantee.
1. The current Zaylo service
Zaylo offers product information, shared accounts, owner-managed professional profiles and a separately labeled fictional demo. Business management requires the business database and Storage configuration to be installed. Public browsing does not require signup. Email/password authentication is configured; optional Google or phone authentication can be used only after the relevant provider has been enabled. Real booking is enabled only where the scheduling schema and business settings are configured.
Configured text-only customer-business messaging is available to authorized conversation participants. Live online payments, subscriptions, administrator tools and mobile apps are not included. An explicitly configured Preview may offer labeled Stripe test payments; test transactions do not transfer real money or establish live availability. Descriptions of planned capabilities do not promise a launch date.
Text messaging
Customers may start a conversation with a published business or about their own appointment. Each customer/business pair shares one conversation. Current participants may continue after a business unpublishes, and a valid existing appointment can provide a private communication entry point. Owners reply only in existing conversations belonging to their businesses. Only text is supported; attachments, groups, staff access, external notifications and administrative access to message contents are not included.
Messages are immutable after sending. Do not send abusive content, credentials, sensitive payment information or impersonate another participant. Database-enforced sending and conversation-creation limits may reject new activity. A business can pause new messages from its customer while preserving history and continuing its own replies. A pause does not cancel appointments or trigger refunds. A message never books, cancels, reschedules, verifies payment or promises a refund; use the authenticated appointment/payment screens.
Delivery requires a successful saved database result. Refresh and retry controls recover interrupted updates without assuming success. Read state is a per-participant read-through position updated when messages are visible in an active conversation, not proof that a recipient understood a message. Retention, deletion, ownership transfer and moderation policies require owner decisions before broader launch.
2. Sample businesses and booking previews
Business names, addresses, service descriptions/prices, opening hours and reviews on the separate /demo route are fictional sample content. The main marketplace shows only published business records when its backend is configured. Fictional demo reviews are not actual customer testimonials or evidence of product performance. Configured real profiles can show reviews submitted by authenticated customers after their appointment is marked completed; appointment eligibility is not verification of professional qualifications. Do not rely on them to travel to a business or obtain a real service.
Selecting a service on /demo or a private owner preview displays information only. On a real published profile with scheduling configured, Choose a time starts a booking flow. A booking is confirmed only after explicit confirmation and a successful saved database transaction; a saved reference and details identify it. No payment is collected.
3. Accounts and credentials
Use an email address or phone number you control and follow the actual verification steps. Keep passwords, one-time codes and recovery links private. Do not impersonate another person, use stolen credentials or attempt to access another account. A message saying an email/code was requested is not proof of delivery or a verified login.
A shared member account does not grant business-owner, administrator, paid, complimentary or unlimited privileges. It does not automatically create a public professional listing. Members can edit their display name, sign out and separately create an owner-managed business draft. Ownership is a database membership and does not grant global administrator or access entitlements. Different sign-in methods are not guaranteed to merge automatically into one identity.
The operator must finalize legal eligibility and age requirements before broader public use. This review copy does not invent an age threshold or claim a legal entity or governing jurisdiction that has not been supplied.
Business ownership and publication
A signed-in member can create a private business draft and manage details, services, hours and permitted images. Creating a profile establishes an owner membership only for that business; it does not grant platform administrator, paid, complimentary or unlimited privileges. Business profiles are owner-supplied and are not an endorsement, credential check or verification by Zaylo.
Publish only accurate information and media you have the right to use. You are responsible for selecting public contacts and understanding that physical addresses and published profile content are public. Do not upload confidential customer information or infringing or unlawful material. Unpublish through the business dashboard to remove a listing. Existing downloaded copies and briefly valid signed image links cannot be recalled. Changing a public slug changes its URL; the previous URL is not redirected automatically.
Prices are business service information, not a platform payment offer. Weekly hours alone are not availability. Slots also account for occupied buffers, appointments, blocks and date overrides. Staff invitations and live billing/subscriptions remain deferred. Configured accounts can message business owners, and explicitly authorized platform administrators have restricted management controls. Final business/content moderation, eligibility and commercial terms require owner review before broader launch.
Appointments, changes and availability
A business has one booking resource, so appointments cannot overlap even for different services. Available slots use the business timezone, weekly/special hours, buffers, blocks, notice period and booking horizon. Times include the timezone and UTC offset; repeated daylight-saving times are distinct choices. Select a service/time, review its actual price and rules, sign in, and explicitly confirm. A preview or failed request is not a confirmed booking. Availability is revalidated at confirmation and may change before that transaction succeeds.
The saved appointment contains its service name, duration/buffers, currency/price and applicable customer cancellation/rescheduling rules. Current defaults allow customer changes until 24 hours before the start, but businesses can change rules for new appointments; the actual rules are displayed before confirmation and on the saved appointment. No cancellation fee or financial penalty is charged. Owners can manage their confirmed appointments independently of customer cutoffs, subject to valid state transitions and overlap protection. Rescheduling retains the original time if the new time cannot be secured.
Customers can review upcoming/past appointments and permitted changes; owners can use their agenda/calendar, cancel/reschedule, and mark completed or no-show at the appropriate time. Unpublishing or service deactivation prevents new bookings but does not silently cancel existing appointments. Changes to opening hours or date closures can create conflicts for owners to resolve separately. Confirmation/status is available on the website. Production appointment emails remain disabled; a separately configured restricted Preview supports transactional email tests. SMS reminders remain deferred. Payments, deposits, staff, recurring appointments, waitlists, guest bookings and walk-ins are outside this feature. Final provider/customer responsibilities and applicable legal procedures remain subject to owner review.
4. Responsible use
Do not attack, disrupt or evade the website's authentication, database permissions, rate limits or security checks. Do not send unsolicited or repeated verification messages, interfere with other users, scrape private data, or use the demonstration listings to mislead others. Use only your own controlled inbox/phone when testing account flows.
Do not submit passwords, account tokens or confidential personal information in public search fields, copied URLs or support messages. Search inputs become part of the results URL and may be retained in browser history and technical logs. The service does not ask for precise device location.
5. Authentication and external services
Vercel hosts the website, Supabase handles accounts and profiles, and Resend delivers configured account emails. Google handles optional Google sign-in when selected and enabled. Phone sign-in requires its configured SMS provider, and Cloudflare Turnstile can provide configured bot protection. These providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
Google sign-in requests basic identity scopes, not permission to read Gmail, Drive or Calendar content. Provider outages, spam filtering, carrier restrictions and delivery delays can affect sign-in or recovery. Phone sign-in can involve provider/carrier charges; no fixed SMS price or free-message promise is made here.
6. Privacy and support requests
The Privacy Policy explains account/Google information, cookies, technical requests, provider processing and retention. Email zaylobooks@gmail.com for account support, privacy questions or a manual account-closure/deletion request. Do not email a password or verification code. Identity verification is required before private account information can be disclosed or changed.
There is no automatic account-deletion/export screen. Revoking Google authorization or signing out is different from deleting the stored Zaylo account. Manual requests, any required records and provider backup/log handling must be reviewed under applicable requirements; no unestablished response period is promised.
Business subscriptions in the isolated sandbox
Solo is presented at $9.99 USD/month for one business/location and one bookable professional. Customer accounts remain free. Team is presented at $19.99 USD/month for up to five professionals but is coming soon with no checkout or trial until staff functionality exists. Only sandbox subscription Checkout is supported; no live subscription charge is enabled.
An eligible verified owner can start one 14-day Solo introductory trial with a card collected by Stripe. Eligibility is limited to one use across that owner account and one use for the business. Opening or abandoning Checkout does not consume a trial. Verified subscription setup determines the actual dates. Unless canceled, Stripe attempts the disclosed monthly automatic renewal when the trial ends.
Cancel in the Stripe Customer Portal before trial end to prevent its first charge; trial access remains through trial end. Paid cancellation stops renewal and retains access through the paid period. Processing, authentication-required, unpaid and verified-paid states are distinct. Expired access hides public discovery and prevents new bookings, new prepaid checkouts and new customer conversations; existing appointments, history, cancellations, refunds and billing remain available.
A trusted complimentary-access override waives subscription eligibility only. It neither cancels an existing subscription nor waives separate processing fees. Billing ownership transfers, subscription-refund policy, tax treatment, required notices and other live commercial terms require owner decisions before launch; this draft does not invent them.
7. Payments and commercial offers
The Production website does not accept online booking payments or sell platform subscriptions. A separate Preview integration is sandbox-only, disabled until server setup, owner approval, verified Stripe readiness and deliberate business opt-in. The proposed arrangement uses direct charges on the connected business's Stripe account with a full Stripe Dashboard; platform application fees are zero. Processing fees and responsibilities for any future live service require approved Stripe/commercial arrangements. Zaylo does not operate a custody wallet.
The proposed sandbox policy requires owner approval before use: an allowed customer cancellation under the saved appointment cutoff or a business cancellation requests a full test refund. The exact policy is shown and saved before Checkout. Cancellation and refund are separate states; no refund is described as successful until Stripe confirms it. Prepaid rescheduling is unavailable; cancel/refund and make a new booking. Businesses can offer a percentage or fixed sandbox deposit, or full upfront test payment, alongside payment directly at the appointment. A deposit must be below the service price and meet the minimum online charge. Its remaining balance is paid directly to the business at the appointment; Zaylo neither automatically charges it nor records it as collected. Eligible refunds return the amount actually paid online, including the deposit. Partial refunds, penalties and off-session charges are not implemented. These are test controls, not finalized live commercial promises.
Any future commercial feature needs real prices, responsibilities and billing/cancellation/refund terms shown before a transaction. Account creation alone does not purchase a service or establish a paid-access entitlement.
8. Website content and intellectual property
Zaylo branding and original website material identify this service. Viewing the site does not transfer ownership of its branding or grant permission to impersonate it. Third-party names, marks and locally served licensed assets retain their respective ownership and applicable licenses.
Do not present demonstration reviews, product mockups or fictional listings as real endorsements or your own professional business. Contact the published address with a concern about content or rights rather than submitting private credentials.
Appointment notification availability
A configured restricted Preview may send essential appointment-change emails and optional reminders or owner new-booking notices. These reflect saved appointment state and are not payment/refund confirmations. Production sending is disabled pending approval. Review saved status and rules in your authenticated account; delivery can be delayed, suppressed or fail, and no exactly-once or inbox-delivery guarantee is made. Preferences control optional messages only. SMS, promotional campaigns and push notifications are not part of this feature.
9. Availability and changes
The website is in development and can change or experience interruptions. Sample search results and planned product previews should not be relied on for time-sensitive appointments, income, professional services or legal decisions. No uptime guarantee, launch date, certification, earnings promise or app-store availability is stated.
Security controls can reject or limit authentication requests. Final procedures for suspending/closing accounts, resolving complaints and handling service changes still require owner review; this draft does not invent a completed enforcement process. Nothing here is intended to remove a protection that applicable law does not permit an operator to exclude.
10. Contact and remaining legal details
Email zaylobooks@gmail.com about the website, these terms or an account concern. Zaylo is the public-facing service name. A registered legal entity, postal address, governing law, courts, arbitration process or dispute deadline has not been asserted. Those decisions must be resolved as applicable before final launch terms are adopted.
Updates will be identified by the page's last-updated date. New booking, payment, messaging or subscription services require reviewed terms describing their actual behavior before activation. A cosmetic policy change or Google's review does not establish that those services exist or certify legal compliance.
